Construction maestros with experience in the Middle East, in particular the United Arab Emirates, should take note of the latest project to be rolled out - Ras Al-Khaimah Real Madrid Resort Island.

Remember the chick here construction of the spectacular Formula 1 track in Abu Dhabi, which opened with a lot of fanfare in 2009 surrounded by luxury hotels and marinas for the rich? It was a massive undertaking employing thousands of people. Albeit currently, the complex really only gets truly busy for a month during the Abu Dhabi Formula 1. Nonetheless, it was a massive construction project, and the facilities are spectacular to say the least.

It was recently announced that the UAE is about to roll out another equally spectacular $1-billion project, scheduled to open in January 2015. The project is the much publicised Real Madrid Resort Island in the northern emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah.

RAK Marjan Island Football Investment Fund, a consortium backed by the government of the Emirates, are about to start construction of the Resort Island in the northern Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah.

The United Arabs Emirates, Ras Al-Khaimah fifa 16 kaufen Real Madrid Resort Island project will be an impressive 430 000-square metre sports and leisure facility which will boast an ocean-side 10 000 fifa coins kaufen seat stadium with one side overlooking the sea. In addition, there will be 60 bungalows, around 50 villas and 450-apartments right up alongside the stadium.
